License for Amazon IAP Android (specifically in-app-purchasing-2.0.76.jar)

Is someone able to tell me which license in-app-purchasing-2.0.76.jar is licensed under?

There are two different LICENSE.txt files in the package. The top one points to the Program Materials License Agreement https://developer.amazon.com/support/legal/pml and the second one is an Apache 2 license.

The top-level license is for the In-App Purchasing .jar file, while the one in the examples folder is for the samples included in the SDK. Thanks!
