Remove AppID length limit for App Submission API

When using an app's package name for the App Store Submission API there appears to be a limit to the character count of a package name in order to create an edit. I have live apps which have package names which are 50+ characters that cannot use the Submission API due to this limit. The API returns a 400 "No app found with the entered Inputs.", which is also a bit misleading when the app does exist and is live in the store. I would love it if this could be addressed! Thanks.
