3. This should prompt you to log in with your Amazon credentials and give you access to the Contact Us page. If you are able to file a case with us, please make sure to provide detailed reproduction steps of your sign out/sign in process and a complete time-stamp (including time zone and date).

If you are still unable to access the Contact Us page (even after correcting the URL manually to remove the registration directions), please send the above information, your Amazon Developer account name, and main contact email address listed on said account to the email address: amazon-developer-program@amazon.com
