Our app is a consumption model and not selling any digital content or facilitating non-amazon accounts. For some reason, during submission we're getting rejected because they are detecting digital content being sold and wants us to integrate IAP.
We submitted the same app previously and did not have this issue, so it is odd this is suddenly the reason. Has anyone experienced this? Waiting on Amazon to clarify.

Hi,
I would love to work with your support team but i've received the same generic response each time with no details. I have no indication as to which part of our app has failed to meet your policies.
Our app isn't selling any digital content and are not facilitating non Amazon account creations. Therefore, I'm not even sure why we're being rejected.
More insight will be appreciated.
