Amazon Content Policy Not compliant

Hello, about 10 days ago I was trying to upload an app whose main functionality is to show YouTube videos of a certain theme and I find over and over again that amazon gives me different random errors as an excuse for not validating my app.

They require documentation to prove that I have the rights to use the videos from different YouTube channels, even when those channels are not even showing in my app and I am the owner of one of the channels.

The funny part of the matter is that in a simple search, I have found at least ten apps that have the same functionality as mine and have been accepted by amazon.

That is why I ask what is the criteria for these apps to have been accepted and mine not.

In addition, it is perfectly specified in the terms and conditions of the YouTube service that the creators grant a license to other users: "License to other users

You also grant each user of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, and royalty-free license to access your Content through the Service and to use such Content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, transform, display, communicate to the public, and represent it) to the extent permitted by the functions of the Service. "

So what is the acceptance criteria for applications based on YouTube services?

Hi Sir, i am facing the same problem, i am using my vimeo account and i am getting the review message from the team -

Your app submission does not meet one or more of our acceptance criteria for some or all targeted devices. Failure reason(s) are listed below:

  • Your app contains The Neil Haley Show. Please provide documentation demonstrating that you have the right to use The Neil Haley Show in-app by visiting the Contact Us page and selecting the category “Appstore” and the Topic “Content Policy Results”. The documentation must be either a confirmation letter from the intellectual property rights holder or a copy of the applicable license.

You can view our guidelines on the Appstore Developer Portal.

please guide me, where you able to find any solution, really appreciate your help here @

Hahahha. Sorry for laughing, but it's funny you guys think Amazon cares about your little app. Haha. They're sending rockets to space!!! They don't have time for silliness. Send a message through their "Contact Us" link and wait for a response from their system telling you "Send a Message through their "Contact Us" link and then keep doing that over and over until you give up.
