A while back my bank account was blocked and my Merch by Amazon payment got sent back to the sender. However, I fixed the bank issue and unblocked it, and resubmit my bank information in Merch as I was instructed in an email and the information was approved. When I was waiting for the March payment containing also the payment from before I did not receive any emails from merch nor any payments were sent to my bank account.
I contacted the support team twice and still no response. Any suggestions?
