Spotify Playlists with emoticons or emojis in the playlist name will not play in Alexa Routines

If you have a routine that plays a playlist on Spotify, and that public playlist name has an emoticon, it will not find the playlist

Here is an example playlist:
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3MotlPudfwBibX01JCjVs0?si=4tc7mUmhSm6IgNOUC_2zRg

It has a wine glass emoticon in the title so Alexa will report it cannot find "Soft French & Chill"

Hello, welcome to the Alexa Skills Kit developer forums where Alexa skill developers can post questions and help one another through their development process.

This looks more like feedback for the Alexa platform more broadly. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend passing this feedback through the Alexa app itself. To do so I've provided some steps below:

1. Open the Alexa app
2. Tap the "More" button in the lower-right
3. Tap "Help & Feedback"
4. Tap "Provide Feedback"
5. Fill out the form
6. Tap the "Send Feedback" button
