Amazon position on content that falls under Creative Commons Licenses

What is Amazons policy with regard to Creative Commons Licenses for content? Specifically if video content is covered by a Creative Commons License, what kind of documentation should be provided to Amazon in order to satisfy the licensing requirement proofs of use rights?
