question

Hi, I have a license from a company that allows me to use their designs without problem with copyright and trademark I submit 2 designs they get rejected both I send an email to mbateam with a full original license for 3 times but nothing change for over 3 days now what suppose me to do I have the rights and license but when I submit design they rejected automatically or what I put License code in bullet points as others do but still no answer till now I'm very afraid to lose my merch account I'm really frustrated why? this happens to me mbateam if read this please resolve this issue as soon as possible if you guys have an experience tell the solution and thank you
