App review process

Hello, its now more 4 times in two weeks since I try to submit my app and is rejected with the error


We are unable to test your app as it does not function as intended. The app exits/force closes/displays an error message after being launched.


The app you guys are rejecting has been tested on different devices and I have not seen any error relating to your reason above.

I tried contacting you but its now a week and I haven't seen any feedback yet.

And to make things worse, You send the app performance log ( it would be better to attach it to the email you send). How will I fix the problem?

How can I get my app to pass the review process please just help me.

Thanks for the response but how long does it take respond to the support tickets, because I have created so far two tickets ( one was created one week back )and still I haven't got any response. Iam stuck because I cannot continue developed when this app is not live yet. Please help me :(

Thank you sir for your time. But I have dine all what they told me, submitted the app and still it was rejected with the same reason. I contacted them but its now 24 hrs no response. I understand that you cannot assist me on the forum, but whatever thing you did and they responded, I kindly beg, please do it again. I'm just stuck. I cannot continue developing until this app is live.

  1. I have created a new support case(7935826751) relating to my app being rejected ( again) please I need some more details to fix the issue

The app was rejected because it displays an error after being launched. Everything is working this side though.

I got the response but it was just I small thing, I replied to them I haven't any response till. Should I have included the response in the test instructions and resubmitted or just a reply to the case was enough for the issues to be resolved
