Can you actually build an App on here or just launch them? If you can, it's not obvious how

Hi,

The recommended way to build an app for Fire TV or tablets is to use Android tools like Android Studio and Android frameworks.

Once you have built your app, you can submit it for publishing on the Amazon Appstore.
