Remove App Store Reviews?

My company's app was published to the Amazon App Store as compatible with devices that it is not, resulting 1-star ratings for almost half of our reviews. We fixed that this week. Since we can't reply to reviews to tell users this is fixed (see https://forums.developer.amazon.com/questions/236026/how-do-i-reply-to-app-store-reviews.html), is there a way to remove the reviews? Ideally, we'd remove any that were for using the non-compatible device, but any option to do this would be helpful.

Customer reviews are an integral part of the customer shopping experience on Amazon. Customers use these reviews to learn more about the app, assess whether it fits their needs, and make an informed purchase decision. Customer reviews also help developers understand the customers’ sentiment about their apps, what features or aspects of the app customers like, and what areas need improvements. Reviews also provide developers with ideas on how to improve their apps. In order for customer reviews to continue to provide these benefits to customers and developers, they have to remain a true and authentic reflection of customers’ experiences with the products.

Reviews are removed from the Amazon website for these reasons only:

  • The review conflicted with our Community Guidelines.
  • The review was removed by the reviewer.
  • We discovered that multiple products were incorrectly listed as the same product. Reviews that were posted for those products are separated when the products are separated.
  • We detected unusual review behavior and are not accepting or displaying reviews for this item at this time, or we are only accepting or displaying Amazon Verified Purchase reviews.

Please take a look at the Community Guidelines. For some types of content, including Customer Reviews and Customer Answers, you can report possible violations of these Guidelines by clicking the "Report abuse" link near the content and entering the reason you believe it violates these Guidelines. If no "Report abuse" link is available, you may email community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates these Guidelines.

This is what happened - except that we only have 1 product that is supported on Fire TV and we don't have a product that's supported on Kindle/tablet, so we can't separate out the reviews for a Kindle app because there isn't one. How do I get these removed?
