Unable to upload app on Amazon App Store

Team,


Can someone help to advice how to get rid of the error while one of my customer is trying to upload their app on Amazon App Store. Attached is the screenshot with the error

Thanks for posting! Please see the following Knowledge Base article, where I explain how to resolve the exact same situation you are facing:

After that, submit your binaries (APK files), and hopefully they should go through fine. Thanks!
