Will the NFI Toolkit Preview be available outside the US?

I am a UK developer and the skills that you have shortlisted that would benefit from NFI are only relevant to the UK user. Can you give me any guidance when NFI will be available for a UK skill?

The NFI Toolkit Preview is supported for en-US, en-GB and en-IN locales at this time.
