Can I reset the billing for testers on Amazon LAT?

I purchased a non-consumable item in a live app test to check if the implemented IAP is working properly.

But I would like to buy the same non-consumable item again because all the tests are not yet complete.

Can I reset my purchase and purchase a non-consumable item again with the same account?


If you can't reset, how to properly test for non-consumable items?

Hi there,

Thanks for posting! Yes, now you can reset both Entitlements and Subscriptions within Live App Testing. Please see the image below for where you can access that UI. If you are a tester with no access to LAT dashboard, you will need to ask the developer to reset those for you. Thanks!

I also tried to reset the Entitlements using that UI before.

But in the app could not buy non-consumptive items again.

Also, the receipts retrieved by the `GetPurchaseUpdatesResponse` event of the IAP plugin have not been reset.


So I checked the LAT dashboard and Amazon's documentation and found

This UI was described to be used when releasing the app.


Is it still correct to use this UI if you want to continue testing after a reset?


If you are correct, why do the supposedly reset testers remain unavailable for purchase?

I would like to know the possible causes.
