It seemed such a simple requirement: Display the currently playing song on my Echo Dot on my Raspberry Pi's screen using Python. The song would be playing on the Dot from my Amazon Music (Prime) account.
I have spent some time researching it and it would appear it's not possible, is that true? My understanding is that it can't be done because it's not playing using "my" skill that I develop and integrate into the Pi.
Can this be done? It seemed a fairly simple request.
