Error: The app exits/ force closes/ freezes/ displays an error message after being launched.

HI

We`ve had sent an app to the store we are getting the error below. As per the tests and live testing, the app has no visible error in its functionality or so. I have submitted a ticket Case 7398075491 but I still got no clue why this is happening.


  • We are unable to test your app as it does not function as intended. The app exits/ force closes/ freezes/ displays an error message after being launched. Please fix the issue and re-submit the app.

Any clue on how I can solve this out?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

This is a constant headache for me. I would love some clarity as we are having the same issue with several of our apps. It seems to be a problem with Amazon, not the feed.

We are running into the same error. We tried app testing service, ran 10 tests, and they all passed. The error does not give any more details.
