Invalid Png

I'm new to Merch. I havent found a thread yet with the same exact problem.

Every time i try to upload a design i get "upload a valid png"

I followed the template, its 4500px X 5400px. Its in sRBG and smaller than 25mb.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

4500X5400 PNG 300 DPI under 25Mb. Some programs add an extra pixel and that will cause the issue.

So how do you resolve that? I've used Photoshop and Krita. But I get the same error.

Make your own template in Photoshop would be the easiest

Hallo, ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Wie kann ich das Pixel erkennen bzw. entfernen. Ich habe meine Datei mit Adobe Illustrator bearbeitet.

ok, guys I managed to fix the upload problem. What I did was I ensured that the canvas size was set to the correct dimensions. Now I have one more challenge and that's "Publishing." I'll keep you updated.

Also, even though the print process uses CMYK you have to upload the file as RGB.

Switch between color modes as you are designing to ensure the colors will print as you intended.

I had the same problem and found that Adobe Illustrator would add a pixel making it 4500x5401. So look at the file and see the size after you export it. I had to mess with the ratio a few times to make it export to the correct size, like decreasing the width by .4 pixels, etc.
