Major Bug in Alexa

Hi Alexa Dev team,

I am a professional QA Analyst and I have identified a major bug in Alexa, please let me know where to report it.It is a very major issue and I would request the team to fix it asap for better user experiences.

Alexa CONSTANLY stops streaming. If you say something like "Alexa, play KMFDM" (famous German Industrial band), It will start babbling in Spanish and spewing noise. - PLEASE do some testing before subjecting PAYING CUSTOMERS to these kinds of horrors.
