Have been working with merch for couple of years now and never had any issues with payments before and love the platform.
Thanks to Amazon for having this up to help artists showcase their expertise while monetizing with it.
It's of a little concern since last month the royalties were not paid
I would usually receive email for remittance by 22nd of previous month
and by 28th the payment into my account. But it's almost 50 days and no
remittance email nor the payment is reflected on my bank account?
Can I have someone from Merch team to help me this and get this
fixed ASAP. We as a designer do have additional costs of subscriptions
and ads cost that we have to pay every month and this delay is payment
is going to hurt a lot with sales and with credit as well.
Am sure this is some short term glitch and will be fixed ASAP since I have
never had any issues with payment before.
