I seem to have trouble implementing a whispered voice with some of the Amazon Polly voices using SSML. Does this mean certain voices do not support the effect? Are there other ways to get this effect without whispered?
example, works:
<voice name='Raveena'><amazon:effect name="whispered">the computer was slow</amazon:effect></voice>
