About intellectual property of 3rd unofficial client

Hi everyone,

I read topic at https://developer.amazon.com/support/legal/tuabg
I created a 3rd unofficial client for public API of [brand] and intent to publish to Amazon appstore.

I worry that can I mention [brand] in my app title or description with fair-use and don't mislead users same as "[My app nam] for [brand]" or "Unofficial client for [brand]", and add disclaimer text in long description same as "This app was not created or endorsed by [brand]".

If I can not mention [brand], how I can tell to Amazon users what my app making for without violate IP policy?

I hope someone can give me a clue. Thank you very much!
