I didn't Receive Remittance Mail For July Earnings and I didn't receive June Payment

I didn't receive Remittance mail for July earnings it was usually coming on 21st of each month but now 22 August and still i didn't receive the Remittance mail, and i have another problem as well, that i didn't receive June earning, I sent many e-mails regarding this but still same answer "I have messaged our team for further investigation into your inquiry. We will reply to this case as soon as we have more information on this issue to provide a status update." and i am getting this answer always whenever i am asking for the trace number of june payment cause my bank account asked the trace number and the payment details so they can check why i didn't receive, my bank telling that they didn't receive any thing from Amazon regarding June earnings, so i don't know really what need to do!!!

And why i didn't receive the Remittance mail for July earnings, i am so disappointed, i sent many mails to Merch By Amazon (Payment & Royalties issues) but i didn't get a reply regarding this.


Hope this problems will be solved soon :-(

Haven't received it either this is happened for first time ever since I started merch 2 years back. Only way to get support is through email no call option either. Hope some support staff can put some light into it. We do have our costs every month to be paid like subscriptions, ads and other costs added to it.

Hope that Merch Support team will kindly answer me I didn't get reply to my mails or even here, hope that someone will see my post and kindly clarify why I didn't receive remittance mail for July at least

Hi, I reported several times but received no response! Same problems I didn't receive remittance mail for July 18th. And let me tell you about myself, I am a motivational speaker own a website of divine essay and trainer of students. She started off his career earlier in his childhood.
