Code deployment has failed. There could be another build running on the account.

I started getting this error after I moved my package.json file from the root directory of my skill to the lambda directory. The problem was not resolved by moving it back. This Alexa hosted skill was consistently deployable before this happened. I have reviewed the previous posts on this forum relating to this problem and did not find an answer. BTW, The skill builds normally, just won't deploy. My skill id: amzn1.ask.skill.aad2542e-f51a-48ba-bf7c-76d0bd675aaf. Thanks for looking into this for me.
