Image upload not available in live app testing

I setup live app testing and uploaded an APK
It says "Your app is Fire TV compatible. Please add the required Fire TV media assets below."

But there is no buttons or options to upload the missing images

Do i need extra privileges to upload images?
I think i just have developer status but that doesn't seem enough to complete all the steps in live app testing

This was due to lack of admin privileges
