Common noun word rejected in my design title

My very first Merch submission and I get rejected. The word is "sidecar". It is a universal word describing a car attached to a motorcycle. It is also a trademarked word for a beverage company "SIDECAR". My title is/was,

"Motorcycle Sidecar Cartoon T-Shirt"

My original design is a cartoon image of a motorcycle sidecar, a mode of transportation.

There are plenty of Amazon t-shirt designs displaying motorcycle sidecar designs with the word "sidecar" in the title, and they have nothing to do with the trademark "SIDECAR" or any brewing company. Is Amazon really THAT conservative? If so, how did the other design titles get approved?

How can this common noun usage be approved?

What is the appeal process to get this approved, if any?
