Fire stick netflix not working

Every time i try and watch a show it says something like “we’re having trouble playing this title” i tried many different things: clearly cache, uninstalling and reinstalling netflix, reconnecting my wifi, restarting my fire stick, unplugging it and plugging it back in, all of that. Netflix works perfectly fine on my phone but its not working on my fire stick, any other solution i should try?

I am having the same issue. Netflix is not working. What is the solution to fix this?

I have this problem every few weeks, the only solution I could find was, uninstalling Netflix and reinstalling it.

All the other things I tried, like logging out and in again, cleaning cache didn't work out. So I'm going to delete the whole app. I don't know where this problem comes from. But as you have mentioned these methods doesn't work on your device. Let me ask you a question have you tried if Netflix is working on your other devices?

Have the same problem with Netflix on firestick . ( first gen) . All other apps work ( prime, hbo etc). Tried clearing cashe, data, uninstalling, installing new Netflix app. Same problem. Problem started around Aug 3

Problem does not occur on our other firestick device,
