App rejected because ' Your app includes or promotes real money gambling.' please help

I am confused and also shocked that my app was rejected due to real money gambling.

Gambling Law says:
Gambling is Chance Prize and Consideration

Chance and Prize is not Gambling!

When I checked Amazon app store for similar apps I found many apps but please let me show you one app which is actually like my app offering a game with Prizes but 100% for free to install and use. please understand that I show this Lucky Cash app because I am 100% sure it is legit to be on the store because it is not Gambling

all answers here and also by mail are not helpful at all sorry to say that as all your answers are not explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. I want to comply to amazon rules but it is like a guessing game. Why should I guess if you could just be clear and explicit? I am not alone with this problem if one reads this forum posts.
