Alexa skill weight and overrides

Please let me know if this is not the correct forum for my question. We are a public radio station. Our stream is accessible on Alexa smart speakers via TuneIn, but only the main broadcast channel and none of our other 3 HD channels. I have tried to do renaming of our channels on TuneIn, but never able to get recognized. If we develop our own skill, will it be possible to weigh heavier than TuneIn, even override, when someone says 'play WMNF'?
