I have a skill that has 5 languages added (all English locations). When only one location was there, it was working fine in both my echo dot and smartphone which was using my developer account. Then I added all the other languages and went ahead with distribution. I enabled beta testers also, they also can't invoke this skill even though they can see it as enable in their skills. In my echo dot it is working as before somehow and in my smartphone it is not working.
When I take alexa.amazon.com and look at you skills, I can see my skill icon with a tag 'devUS', but I am in India, is this the problem for this? If yes, how can I change it?
