When the latest version update of my app went live, I discovered that it apparently had failed functionality validation for certain fire devices, including the 2017 models of the Fire 8 & 10. The issue is, I own these device models & used them as test devices when building the app. In addition to this, I tested the APK/s on your App Testing Service & the results came back that the app runs perfectly on the 2017 models. I have used the 'contact us' option from the developer console, sending messages & getting no response. I need this issue resolved urgently, as App Store visibility for the app has now been reduced significantly. If someone from the Amazon development team/admin can at least acknowledge that my case has or is being looked into, that will be greatly appreciated.
