1st account has app 2nd has ads key . Is this against Amazon 's or mobile ads api policy ?

I am new to Amazon developer

I am having 2 developer accounts

Now 1 has app rolled out

2nd has Mobile ads key

The app I rolled out in 1st account has ads key of 2nd account

Is it against the policies of Amazon appstore or ads api ?

If it's not valid , I will rectify problem asap.

I don't want to link the 2 accounts .

We do not have a policy restricting people from having multiple developer accounts.
