Custom Skill Endpoint Error. Logs not updating on Cloudwatch

Application not able to reach skill endpoint. Cloudwatch logs are also not updating. Should not be skill code related issue, endpoint never reached.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Where is your skill hosted? The most common problem I found, where others were getting this issue, was because they didn't have or have incorrect certificate or requests were blocked by the hosting provider, so would start from these two.
