Custom skill invocation works fine with Japanese(ja-JP) but English(en-US) Invocation is not working

Skill ID for reference: amzn1.ask.skill.cef0f3a4-5cd7-4d15-9301-500559587e41

Invocation with English and Japanese used to work properly. But from yesterday(09-04-2020) only Japanese language invocation and it's skill Intents are working whereas English Invocation is giving the below ERROR: "The requested skill did not provide a valid response"

I have tried to reproduce the issue, but when I tried to launch your skill using the en-US language model, the skill launched successfully and Alexa replied:

Welcome to Dashcam custom skills.. You can ask me to do dashcam actions..

For your statement: I have tried to reproduce the issue, but when I tried to launch your skill using the en-US language model, the skill launched successfully .

[Deepika] Yes. the skill is getting invocated with English language only for some times but most of the times it's giving the below responses:

Alexa response1:

"The requested skill does not provide available response"

Alexa response2:
“Hmm, I have a few skills that can help.”
“Do you mean Dash?”

For reference, I have attached the skill's response snippets (2screenshots for 2types of responses):

It's more reproducible now with the beta-test accounts. So, If required, please provide an amazon account mail id so that I will add that as beta-tester & then you can check at your end using beta-test account for this skill is providing proper response or not.

Please do refer & try to provide some suggestions/solution to resolve this issue.

Can you please provide the activity keys for the utterances that are failing the invocation? This will help me troubleshoot your issue.

This page has a guide explaining how to retrieve activity keys.
