Has anyone gotten Amazon Dash ink replenishment to work with an HP OfficeJet 8020 series printer? I got it all setup when I first installed the printer like 5 months ago but it has never ordered ink. Multiple cartridges are marked VERY LOW and when I click on order supplies from the printer it indicates that I am enrolled in Amazon Dash and to manage things there. When I do that it seems like everything is setup and turned on correctly. Yet nothing gets ordered. I had to order ink myself as they finally ran out. I have checked everything I can on the printer and HP and Amazon. It all reports that things are setup correctly.
Is this working for anyone? If so, how is yours setup/configured? The only "odd" thing I've noticed is that within the printer's settings it reports that HP Instant Ink is disabled. But I assume that is because I'm using Amazon Dash and not HP instant ink. For anyone that has this working does your printer have this option disabled or enabled?
