Download shared files through command-line?

What I would like to do, is being able to download a shared file with wget (or at least a comparable tool) through a command-line-interface. If I have to download a shared file onto a server that I can only access through ssh, is there any way to get a direct download link through the file without having to go through the web interface?

Hello, is this still the case, i.e. there is no way to get direct link to files?
