To activate skills with routines, still my skills -All india radio - Malayalam not showing

I am not able to add as Routines -> add action as skill not showing the - All India Radio - Malayalam.
Please do the needful.

Hi there,

"All India Radio - Malayalam" skill is removed from skill catalog store that's the reason you won't find it in store.
