Amazon Drive API Invite-Only Offering

It appears Amazon Drive API may be available to certain developers: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/amazon-drive/ad-developer-guide.html

If this is the case, how can we apply to get API access and develop applications for the Amazon Drive and Amazon Photos?

Any guidance will be appreciated!
