Amazon developer dashboard and account settings give 404 errors

When I try to go to the Amazon Developer dashboard https://developer.amazon.com/dashboard or my account settings https://developer.amazon.com/settings/console/myaccount.html

I see a 404 Page Not Found error. Is this a problem with my account, or with the Amazon developer website?

Never mind. Clearing my Amazon cookies fixed my problem.
