I use Insteon products, which are automation devices recognized by Alexa. One such device, is a simple on/off switch. When I ask: "Alexa, turn on lamp", the device picks on, etc. I would like to use this same device, with the command: "Alexa, raise lamp", which would pretty much do the same thing, turn OFF the lamp. The reverse command: "Alexa, lower the lamp", would turn the lamp ON. Reason being: The on/off switch would control my pot-racks, and raise/lower them as commanded. I don't need a: "Alexa, Stop", nor any other commands to modify the raise/lower schema midstream. I don't need interfacing to any other device, such as a motor, etc. Just on/off with the commands 'Raise' and 'Lower'.
