Is it possible to implement a "Alexa, skip next alarm" skill ?

When I wake up before alarm goes off, I want to instruct Alexa to "skip next alarm" so that my wife would not be woken up unnecessarily.

(My next step would be to have this skill triggered silently by "Echo button" so that sleep-disrupting talking to Alexa would be eliminated)

I was searching in Alexa APIs and couldn't find any way to interact with alarms.

Is this even possible ? If not, can alarms be included in Alexa APIs in future ?
