Question regards to developer and user account for in-app shopping

Hi, I have a question regarding to the in-app shopping service account. For APP developer, can only US account available to develop, distribute the APP with IAS? For APP user, can only US account user available to use the IAS function, and shopping within mobile phone? Thank your support

Hi, International and US developers are generally eligible to use MAA. Developers who reside in AR, CO, IL, MN, MO, NC, or RI are not eligible to use MAA because the Amazon Associates program is not available in those states. Developers can only distribute approved apps via US app stores. I will answer your 2nd question after confirming from the appropriate team.
