AppStore Approval Team is not reading the testing instructions

Welcome to the appstore approval nightmare. In my opinion, Amazon hire very cheap outsource people to do this job but they are low qualified and (this is very sad) often they are not so intelligent.

Hi @Sam@Amazon,

Actually, those are two issues, but somehow you conflated them into one. One is app specific - acting on @JNSpradlin post to get his app going. The second is the test team not reading testing instructions.

We also have observer several times that test team doesn't read those instructions. Either because they don't speak English (one test team in India, the other in Germany), or they are told to ignore it, and close the case as fast as possible. It would benefit all of us (both Amazon and developers), if that issue would be escalated, and potentially addressed.
