There seems to be a missing state when handling HDMI events

According to this: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/fire-tv/handling-hdmi-events.html apps should continue if a bluetooth audio device is connected, which they does. Surely they should continue to play also if it's connected via the new "home theatre" setup (https://www.amazonforum.com/forums/devices/fire-tv/528791-introducing-alexa-home-theater-system) too?
