May we use in Google Play?

Hi, Sorry for this rather basic question but are we safe to use the Amazon Mobile Associates API in apps distributed on the Google Play platform? Does it break any of the Google Play Terms of Service? I am thinking particularly about Google Plays' requirement about purchases being made only by Google Plays' In App Purchase requirement.

The Amazon Mobile Associates API serves U.S. users and works with mobile apps on Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, and Android phones and tablets. Apps that use the Amazon Mobile Associates API may be distributed through any Android platform as long as they are available through the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program. Please go through the below documentation for more information on Mobile Associates API. https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/mobile-associates.html

That's great, thank you. I have started working through the Amazon Mobile Associates API information. Just to clarify, please. Do we need to submit and obtain acceptance from Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program first or can we submit to other Android markets simultaneously?

The app needs to go live on the Amazon Appstore first, then the key can be leveraged on other platforms.
