Access discontinued Amazon Cloud API

Hi Team,


Some of our customers have started receiving messages stating that Our apps access to cloud API will be discontinued. Can you answer me the following:


1. What's the reason behind this?

2. Is the service discarded completely or is it for some Applications?

3. Is it discontinued due to any update in terms and conditions?

4. Is there anything we can change or update in our end to get this working?

5. Do you have any alternate way to access Amazon Drive?

The developers at Synology apprently found a workaround. They just released an update to the Hyper Backup package which works again with Amazon Cloud Drive.

Seems odd that some developers efforts still work with the API.
