Product Advertising API iOS Approval

Hi, I have been trying to get in contact with the appropriate party to get approval to use the Product Advertising API in my iOS application. The terms say that written approval from Amazon is required, but so far, all attempts to contact Amazon have been responded with a form letter on how to sign up for the Product Advertising API (which I have already done). Does anyone know who the correct contact is, or what the process is? I have found multiple iOS apps on the Apple App Store that are displaying Amazon product information, so there should be someone who I can contact about getting approval for my app. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, I am using product search api APAI-IO library for IOS. Amazon has rejected my application, I am only hosting webservices to the web server. The message i got from amazon is Upon review, were unable to accept your application because we werent able to view your site http://***********. This is due to one or more of the following reasons. - Your website was unavailable to be viewed by the public or requires a password - The server response was too long and the browser timed out - The URL provided was invalid - The site was either under construction or not yet published When reviewing an application, we need to have a valid URL for your web site so that we can view it to be sure it fits in with our program. Unfortunately, we arent able to review an application once its been rejected. Once your site has been developed further to be visible, and contain beneficial content, you are welcome to submit a new application at the following URL: http://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/join We look forward to receiving your next application. Please suggest me how i should submit app again so that it will get approved. Thanks, Rajeev.
