question

I have an app which is already on its third update. From the get go my icons and screenshots were displayed on the amazon.com site. For the past 4 days I have a 'no image available'? I log in onto the portal and everything is there, somehow & SOMETIMES the SUBMIT button is enabled. Any clue as to what is going on? I went so far as to delete a couple of screens and icons and resubmit (yesterday) and still see nothing on amazon.com My app is a technical reference one which has been available on other platforms for the past 3 years (on iOS & Android), those screenshots are mainly tables and text of engineering data that NO HUMAN BEING on earth could denounce as offensive (only reason I'd image they get remove) I see some people have the same problem WITH AN INITIAL release, but they get automatically resolved in a couple of hours after upload. What can I do about this?
