Why I am not able to talk to Alexa using my browser?

I was able to ask my queries via browser.I don't know what happened recently I am not able to do that now.

Also getting this message on Alexa web app

"This website does not currently support all Amazon devices and Alexa features. For full functionality, please download the latest version of the Alexa app".

This is the Amazon Developer Forum, where developers come for help with the development of their skills. Features available (or not) on Alexa do not fall under this category. If you are having issues with an Alexa feature, I would suggest getting in touch with customer service here who should be able to assist with your matter further.
