Transparency not displaying properly

Hello everyone. When I upload my art, it displays properly on the t-shirt. But once I submit it for publishing, wonderful things start to happen. It first adopts a black background, then when the t-shirt has been published - it goes back to adopt the background which I initially made transparent. Here is one of my published tee https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016XWTXN8 The above example shouldn't have a blue background anymore because I already made it transparent. I followed all the recommendations for creating art for Merch and I am using Coreldraw. Please help -- thank you.

I don't know if you noticed, but Amazon recommends using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Gimp. I use Photoshop, and I've not had that problem. Google Gimp. The program is free, and if you look in Resources, you'll find a template that you can download.

CorelDraw is just as capable, the issue sounds user errorish... if that's a word? ;D

Hi all, Could you please share a link to the source file you provided for any of the images with such problems? I'd be happy to look further into your issue, but we currently have not been able to reproduce it on our end. Thanks!

I've just been using the photoshop template that Amazon provides, & it appears that the rectangular & ellipse transparencies are working (not so sure about the magic wand & delete, although I think it typically works, to a point), but when it uploads for submission, the bottom side of the moving lines don't work(the other 3 sides do). Then, when I go to the next page, for the color of the t-shirts, there is no appearance of transparency at all. I've considered using something different for the creation part, but won't I still have the same problem when I upload my work onto the Amazon "submit" PAGE? Please Help. Thank you.
